Job Descriptions and Requirements

Activities Farm Hand
Work at one of our fun activities!
  • Have a friendly demeanor at all times.
  • Help children and their parents complete the activity and inform them of our rules.
  • Take tickets from guests
  • Maintain a clean workspace
  • ​May be required to stand for long periods of time.​
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs.​​
  • Must be able to work in shaded or partial shaded outdoor conditions. 
  • Complete inventory lists when required
  • Must be able to perform all opening and closing duties
Tractor Driver
(Hayride and Barrel Train)
  • Drive a tractor with a  trailer full of people safely on the designated route.
  • Must be able to follow instructions to adjust your speed and time to complete the activity.​
  • Be able to perform all opening and closing duties
  • Have a friendly demeanor at all times. 
  • Help guests in and out of the trailer.​
  • Must be able to work in shaded or partial shaded outdoor conditions. 
Cashier
  • Have a friendly demeanor at all times.
  • Be able to perform all opening and closing duties
  • Accurately ring up guests.
  • Maintain a neat cash drawer.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to work in shaded or partial shaded outdoor conditions.
Tour Guide (Weekdays)
  • Lead kids around the farm for their field trip
    • Don't worry! We tell you what to say!
  • Normally 3-4 hours per day
  • Be able to perform all opening and closing duties
  • Must be able to walk long distances
  • Must be able to work in outdoor conditions
Please note that for whatever reason, Sweet Berry Farm managers may occasionally help other farm hands with their jobs.
All positions and requirements are subject to change.

Pay: $12-$16*/hour
*With attendance bonus
