Kids will love all of the open spaces and FUN activities that Sweet Berry Farm has to offer.
​Parents will love free admission! 
1. Schedule your Birthday Party in advance by submitting the form and getting a confirmation email.
2. Upon arrival at the farm: proceed to the cashiers to pay for and receive your package
3. Set up your party down in the picnic area.  We can't reserve tables but so far, no one has
had a problem finding a few out of the 50 available.
4. Have Fun!!!  There is no time limit (except for business hours) so stay and enjoy the day!
Note:  Berries, other than those in the pints, will need to be paid for at regular pricing.  Adults may want to get their own picking boxes at check in.  Weigh and pay for berries at the check out barn.

Your party is not booked until you receive a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail please call (830)-798-1462 to confirm your package. You may also want to check your spam/junk email folder.

​We have adult sized boxes for parents who wish to pick berries. Strawberries are $3.50 per pound.

We do not allow grills, sternos, piñatas, or alcohol on the farm. There are no electrical outlets available for your use and we do not have cold storage for a birthday cake, ice cream, food, etc.

We accept cash, check, or credit and there is an ATM on site.

We recommend bringing a wagon to transport coolers and food as we cannot allow vehicles to drive to the picnic area. Unfortunately, we have to ask that you keep an eye on your wagons and coolers. In the past some have mysteriously rolled away. Sweet Berry Farm is not responsible for any lost items.
