Pint clamshells are not available to the public. We have regular sized picking containers that may be purchased at regular cost. $1.50/picking basket and $3.75/lb strawberries. Attending parents usually purchase these separately from the party package. If you want to provide more people with a pint clamshell you must add-on the number of clamshells in advance.
Policies and Recommendations
- Upon arrival, proceed to cashiers to pay for and receive your party package. We accept cash, check, or credit.
- To check in, use your party name that is on the reservation form to get the correct package. If a different person is checking in, let them know the reserved name.
- No deposit is required, so in the event of cancellation there is no fee.
- Once the package is purchased at the farm there will be no refunds for the entirety of the package, unused items, or add-ons. No exchanges can be made for any of the birthday party items.
- Pint clamshells are not available to the public. We have regular sized picking containers that may be purchased at regular cost. $1.50/picking basket and $3.75/lb strawberries. Attending parents usually purchase these separately from the party package. If you want to provide more people with a pint clamshell you must add-on the number of clamshells in advance.
- We recommend arriving earlier than your party time to set up tables, transport goods, and check in for party package.
- We recommend bringing a wagon to transport coolers and food as we cannot allow vehicles to drive to the picnic area.
- Our picnic area is under our tree line about a football field length away from the parking lot. It has around 50 picnic tables. Parties usually choose 2-3 tables for their group to decorate with table cloths and weighted down balloons to help your party find you. Sweet Berry Farm does not provide any decorations.
- We recommend bringing hand wipes as there is no running water at the farm.
- No electricity provided or available at the farm
- We are an outdoor venue and decoration options are limited. You may not hang decorations from the trees or covered areas. A table cloth or balloons weighted down are acceptable.
- We do not allow grills, sternos, piñatas, or alcohol at the farm.
- We do not have cold storage for a birthday cake, ice cream, food, etc.
- Don't forget to check the weather before you come! While the farm is rain or shine, we do not have a covered picnic area to host your party.
- Remember to bring extra drinks or purchase water at the farm for hot days. Wear shoes you don't mind getting muddy if it has just rained.
- Sweet Berry Farm is not responsible for any lost items.
- The farm only has access to port-a-potties.
