Saturday late afternoon 3/29

Yesssss.......... can you see me smiling!  It is sooooo nice to be able to say to folks arriving at the Farm "we have LOTS of Strawberries and Flowers to Pick".  Today was a fantastic day and tomorrow will be too!  The ground is drying out nicely and tomorrow you should only have to worry about the occasional puddle/ muddy spot.  Our customers continue to be the best and really lift the Farmhands spirits with your congeniality.  Some people drive a good ways to get here - we are honored that they feel we are worth it.  That is why it is so important for us to have plenty to pick.
     Strawberries: LOTS - Tomorrow we will pick on BOTH sides of the road.  The field on the Left side (turn left at the Field Trip sign) will have a much greater supply of ripe berries, but no Flowers or activities.  The fields at the main farm will have Strawberries to pick, just not as many.  If you have children in tow and want to make one stop - come to the main farm.  To load up on berries, go left and then head over to the main Farm for flowers and activities.  
    Ranunculus:  Gorgeous.  I love this flower, it is very beautiful.  The field is bursting with a myriad of colors and we have seen very nice bouquets leave the field.  Be sure to come now while the field is in full bloom.
     I have enjoyed the Concessions being open on weekends to get my weekly fix of Strawberry Lemonade and Hot Dog. Things are going great here on the farm, all we are missing is you! Hope to see you soon.
